Imported from Europe, this 1" hanger is used for the back of ordinary bathroom tiles (available at Home Depot etc.) . Put a Window Cling on the front of the tile, glue this hanger to the back of it (with Contact Cement), and you have a stellar bathroom wall decoration. See "Window Cling Objects".
They don't seem to be available in stores...we've searched.
